VEDAHEAL Refund & Cancellation Policy
VEDAHEAL is committed to providing you with the highest quality products and customer satisfaction.
Refunds
- Due to hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We offer replacements for products damaged during delivery if reported within 24 hours. You will need to mail the damaged product to us.
- We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for opened, used, or sale items.
- VEDAHEAL is not responsible for damages after delivery.
- Allow 1-3 weeks for processing returns after we receive them.
- All claims for damages or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
- Damages caused by negligence or misuse.
- Allergic reactions, fragrance dislikes, or color variations.
- We recommend checking ingredients lists and performing patch tests before using products.
Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled within the first 2 hours. After this period, cancellations and refunds will no longer be possible.
Out of Stock Items
- We apologize for any inconvenience caused by out-of-stock items.
- Wishlist your desired products to receive notifications when they are back in stock.

Vedaheal provides a range of payment options for your convenience: Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) Debit Cards (Visa Electron, Maestro) Net Banking (All major Indian banks) Cash on Delivery (pay in cash upon receiving your order) UPI Payments Cheque/Bank Transfer (ideal for prepaid orders without a credit card) For credit, debit card, and net-banking transactions, Vedaheal uses secure, encrypted payment gateways to protect your information, ensuring 100% safety. In cases where a refund is requested for reasons like duplicate payments or cancellations within 24 hours, we may accept it at our discretion, subject to a processing fee. Refunds will be adjusted to account for payment gateway charges and other applicable fees, which may be revised without prior notice.
